A live recording of the morning raga Bilaskhani Todi performed 24 July 2021 on the occassion of Guru Purnima in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, Aotearoa New Zealand.

According to the legends, the raga was created while Bilas Khan was mourning the passing of his father, Miyan Tansen. During his attempt at singing his father's favourite raga, Todi, the grief-stricken Bilas Khan mixed-up his notes. Upon hearing this new melody, it is said that Tansen's corpse raised a finger in approval.
